History

We operate on a weekday basis with a unique menu, which changes daily and is prepared the same morning to offer you ultra-fresh cuisine. The food is processed gently and preserved in its vitality: raw cooking, low temperature cooking, germination (of legumes and cereals).


Our kitchen is 95% certified organic (certificate INS167/06/124930) and does not use any products containing gluten.


We are currently open Tuesday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and Saturday for brunch from 11am to 2pm. Home delivery possible via the proxideal application.
